Olá! I tried this meat when I visited my relatives in Marawi City and some towns in Lanao del Sur. The Maranaws (Muslim Filipino Tribe) used to prepare carabeef in their big celebrations. The one I like most is balbacua carabeef and they have good and tasty dish called Mandonggo and the one with their native spicy safron that they used to mix with their cooking.
